Refund policy
Please note all returns are subject to a 15% handling fee and we do not refund postage.
Please note that even if your item has not left us yet the 15% admin fee is still applicable
For orders that have been supplied correctly & assuming goods are in re-saleable condition:
-We do not cover returns postage back to us
-After 14 days from the day of delivery - Goods can be returned but with a 20% handling charge. The initial delivery charge & return delivery charges will NOT be refunded.
-After 28 days from the day of delivery – Goods are not accepted back for refund
For orders that have been supplied incorrectly & assuming goods are in re-saleable condition:
-Within 28 days from the day of delivery – Goods can be accepted back for full refund and refund for initial shipping.
If goods are not in re-saleable condition e.g fitted/test fitted, original unopened packaging not present, covered in grease/lube etc, supplied correctly or incorrectly we will not accept for a refund.
All delivery times provided are estimated. Once your order has left us, it is in the hands of the delivery company, and we have no control over any delays that may occur during transit. If the delivery company delays delivery, returns will still be handled in the same way as other returns, and our standard return and refund conditions (including handling fees) will continue to apply.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@awtuning.co.uk. If your return is accepted, you can then send your item(s) back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have received a damage item you MUST send photos of the damaged item AND packaging as courier companies will not process a claim without this which means we cannot refund or exchange your item without these images
Lost/undelivered items
If your items are lost or undelivered please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery so we can work with the delivery company to resolve the issue. We do not refund for lost/undelivered items, we will provide a replacement item once agreed by the delivery company to pay costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special order parts are non refundable
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, special order items or custom products (such as electrical goods or number plates). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unless the item page physically states that the item is 'in stock' your item may be a non stock special order item. If you are unsure please contact us about this.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds With PayPal
If you have used PayPal for your payment originally, due to the way PayPal works they take up to 14 business days to process the money back from our bank to paypal before they will allow a refund so your refund will not be instant and unfortunately this is completely out of our hands
