Petrol Injector testing

A common issue affecting VWG vehicles, as well as many other makes, is injector failure, particularly on direct injection systems. These faults often cause misfires, which can become more noticeable after tuning.

To address this, we have invested in advanced injector testing and ultrasonic cleaning equipment. This allows us to accurately diagnose injector performance issues and restore functionality where possible, helping you avoid the unnecessary expense of purchasing new injectors.

We offer two convenient options:
• Full service – We can remove, test, clean (if required), and refit your injectors in-house.
• Postal service – You can send your injectors to us for professional testing and cleaning by post.

Important Information:
• Injectors that test as faulty will be returned without seals to ensure no liability for reinstallation of defective parts.
• Due to previous instances of non-payment, we now require payment in advance before any testing begins. Once your injectors arrive, we will contact you to arrange payment before proceeding with the service.

This price is not for piezo injectors normally found in some BMW's and Mercedes. If you are unsure if your injectors are piezo injectors please contact us with your registration and we will check for you
