The AWTuning Ceramic AMS Savers are designed to solve one of the most common long term issues found on the Bambu Labs AMS system, wear to the original filament intake funnels. If left unchecked, constant filament movement can gradually wear away the factory funnels, particularly for users who print regularly.

Whilst many existing solutions rely on short sections of PTFE tube as a sacrificial wear surface, PTFE is a very soft material and can wear through surprisingly quickly. Our solution uses a ceramic filament guide for dramatically improved durability and longevity.

Why Ceramic?

Unlike PTFE tube inserts that are designed to wear away over time, ceramic offers exceptional wear resistance. For most users these guides will last for thousands of printing hours before showing significant wear.
