DQ200 0AM/0CW DSG 7-Speed Mechatronic Hydraulic Valve Body Assembly
Brand-new replacement hydraulic mechatronic assembly for selected Volkswagen Group vehicles fitted with the DQ200 0AM/0CW 7-speed dry-clutch DSG transmission.
This assembly replaces the hydraulic section of the mechatronic unit, providing an alternative to rebuilding a damaged or faulty original hydraulic unit. Suitable for professional gearbox repairs where the existing electronic control unit remains serviceable and compatible with the replacement assembly.

What Does the Hydraulic Mechatronic Assembly Do?
The DQ200 mechatronic system combines electronic control with an electro-hydraulic assembly responsible for operating the gearbox clutches and gear-selection mechanisms.
The hydraulic assembly uses an electric pump, pressure accumulator and control valves to generate, maintain and distribute the hydraulic pressure required for gearbox operation.
Over time, internal hydraulic components can develop faults, including pressure loss, leakage, valve problems or failure to maintain sufficient operating pressure.
