Volkswagen Group’s DQ381 and DQ500 DSG gearboxes use internal plastic oil transfer tubes that can become brittle and fail over time, especially with heat cycling, age, or increased torque levels.
The RacingLine DSG Oil Feed Tubes replace these failure-prone plastic components with precision CNC-machined billet aluminium tubes, providing a permanent, leak-free solution that stands up to high temperatures, increased clutch pressures, and long-term use - ideal for both standard vehicles, heavily tuned applications and track cars.
During routine gearbox work such as mechatronics replacement, clutch servicing, or differential upgrades, the plastic OEM tubes often crack or split on removal, risking oil pressure loss and serious internal damage.
Installing the RacingLine billet oil feed tubes ensures future-proof reliability, maintaining consistent oil pressure and flow critical for clutch cooling and mechatronics reliability - a crucial upgrade for high-torque cars and hard-driven vehicles.
Precision engineered for perfect performance, the tubes are constructed from T6-6061 aircraft-grade aluminium, include all high-temperature Viton O-rings required for installation, and are anodised in gloss black for protection in harsh operating conditions.
Confirmed applications cover a wide range of VW, Audi, Cupra, SEAT and Skoda models fitted with DQ381 and DQ500 DSG gearboxes, making this a robust solution to a known weak point in the oil circuit.
