Sliding Door Wiring Harness Conduit Repair Kit
Designed and manufactured by AWTuning, this replacement sliding door wiring harness conduit has been developed to solve a common failure found on many modern vans. Rather than replacing the complete wiring loom, our repair kit allows you to replace only the damaged conduit, saving both time and money.
The original plastic conduit is subjected to constant flexing every time the sliding door is opened and closed. Over time it can crack, split or break completely, preventing the wiring from moving correctly and often causing the sliding door to stop closing or operating as intended.
With genuine replacement wiring looms often costing £240+, we developed a direct replacement conduit that simply fits over the existing wiring harness, eliminating the need to replace an otherwise perfectly serviceable loom.
Why We Developed This
We regularly see these vans arrive in our workshop with broken sliding door wiring conduits. In many cases the wiring loom itself is still perfectly serviceable, yet the only official repair is to replace the complete wiring loom at a cost of £240+.
Rather than replacing an expensive loom simply because the protective conduit has failed, we engineered our own direct replacement. This allows the original wiring loom to be retained whilst replacing only the damaged component, reducing both repair costs and unnecessary waste.

Installation
Installation is straightforward. Simply remove the damaged sections of the original conduit from the existing wiring loom and fit the AWTuning replacement conduit over the loom.
The replacement conduit has been designed to clip back into the original mounting locations for a neat, factory-style installation.
